| SOLUTION |
Evana proposed a radically different system that utilized a dispensing system, which was not originally accepted by the customer. After demonstrating the system capabilities to the customer, as well as working in unison with their lead engineer, Evana was given approval to implement two systems. The lines were designed to allow operators to place any product in the load nest and automatically detect the product to changeover for a true one-piece part flow. |

According to the customer, Evana’s lines produce the highest yields, with the least amount of downtime, compared to other equipment in their plant. In fact, Evana’s systems are the showpiece for plant tours. |
